Meghan graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in the spring of 2021 where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Psychology with an emphasis in Early Childhood Studies. She continued her education at the University of Minnesota Duluth where she received her Masters in Social Work in 2023. Meghan is a licensed graduate social worker in the state of Minnesota. She has experience providing therapy services to children and teens in school-based settings. She also has experience providing CBT and DBT to children and adults in individual and group settings. She previously led grief groups for children experiencing the loss of a loved one. Meghan is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Love and Logic Parenting Curriculum.

Meghan strives to honor each client and their life experiences through a person-centered approach by allowing the client to lead their healing journey and meeting each individual where they are at. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach when working with clients to create a safe space that promotes healing and growth. In her free time, Meghan enjoys taking her dog on walks, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with family and friends.
