Jessica has a Master's degree in Social Work from Augsburg University. She has experience providing in-office, telehealth and community-based mental health services to adults, children, parents and families. She is fully trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and enjoys working with clients who have, or are currently experiencing: trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, relational conflict, anxiety, parenting difficulties and familial stress. She has a holistic, relational and strengths based approach. Jessica believes that every person and family have unique values, beliefs, goals and experiences that make them remarkable and must be honored. She believes that individuals and families are best situated to identify needs and execute change and it is her privilege, occasionally, to join clients and families on their journey.
